Every shot type included in our roof inspection packages — standardized, documented, and delivered to your Google Drive. Built for insurance adjusters, roofing contractors, and property managers.
Straight-down overhead shot with the subject filling approximately 90% of the frame. The most accurate top-down view of the full roof — every plane, every section, every feature visible in one shot. Essential for insurance documentation and damage assessment.

A complete pass around the entire building at a consistent altitude and distance. Every side of the roof edge, gutters, and fascia are documented. This is the foundation of every inspection — nothing is skipped.

Cardinal and intercardinal direction shots giving a full perimeter view from a consistent altitude. Documents all four sides of the structure in context — roof slope, wall conditions, and surrounding property visible in each frame.

8–20 close-up images per roof plane flown at very low altitude. Individual shingles, fasteners, and surface defects are visible at this distance. Most useful for shingled roofs where material condition is the primary concern — damage, granule loss, and installation issues show clearly.

Dedicated close-up shots of every roof penetration — vents, skylights, chimneys, fan ducts, and pipe boots. Flashing and sealant condition documented around each penetration. Common failure points that often get missed in standard passes.

Direct shots into roof valleys — where two roof planes meet. Valley flashing, shingle lapping, and water diversion are documented. High-risk areas for leaks that require a specific angle to photograph properly.

Low-angle shots looking up at soffit vents from below the roofline. Documents vent condition, blockage, and screen integrity. Useful for full ventilation system documentation when attic airflow is a concern.

Continuous orbit around the structure with the camera locked on target. Useful for insurance claims requiring video evidence, contractor presentations, or client reporting. Available raw or edited.
Add an orthomosaic map to any inspection and we can measure directly from it — roof total, individual planes, ridge length, valley length, eave length. Delivered as a labeled screenshot set and dimension list. Roofers can hand this straight to their supplier for a material order without ever climbing on the roof.
The video below demonstrates real measurements taken directly from an actual ortho — distances, areas, and individual roof dimensions.
